Complete government review
The Citizenship by Investment Unit conducts due diligence and may request further information or an interview.

- Government, due diligence, passport, agent and professional fees are additional to the qualifying investment.
- Applicants must satisfy source-of-funds, source-of-wealth and family eligibility requirements.
- Independent legal, tax, estate-planning and financial advice should be obtained in every relevant jurisdiction.
- Property approval, citizenship, processing time, travel access, value, income and resale outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- Current rules include a requirement to spend at least five days in Antigua and Barbuda during the five years following citizenship.

Programme and travel conditions can change.
As of August 2026, the Government of Antigua and Barbuda states that the programme continues to operate. It is also engaged in discussions with the European Union following a request that the programme be phased out by June 2028. The outcome is not settled, and no present or future travel access should be treated as assured.
