The real estate pathway

Approval is
fundamental.

Only investments in developments formally approved by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda may qualify under the real estate pathway. Purchasing property on the islands does not, by itself, create an entitlement to apply for or receive citizenship.

Kingdom Executive Residences is not presently listed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit as an approved development project. Unless and until formal approval is published, no Kingdom residence should be understood as a qualifying CBI investment. Check the official approved-project list (opens in a new tab).
